  • Addresses that are farther than the local (0-100 miles round-trip) distance will have an additional cost for shipping OR can arrange a pick-up date from Monterey, CA.

PROCESS:

  • I’ll arrive on-site 1 hour prior to contracted paint time

    • I will have my own table and tablecloth, unless you would like to use your own tablecloth (to match the rest of the tables and decor)

    • I need space for 6ft. (4ft. table + 2ft. photo pickup station)

  • Photos (for reference) will be taken as guests arrive

  • As you and your guests enjoy the event, I’ll be painting!

  • Once finished, the portraits will be put our for guests to pick up

  • Any additional portraits can be completed in-studio

  • These will be sent to you within two weeks

  • Any portraits exceeding guaranteed count are +$25
